Ulviye Matlı Science High School, built by Özer and Önder Matlı in the name of their mother in Karacabey, was founded in May 2010 with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Bülent Arınç and was put into operation in the 2013-2014 academic year.
Ulviye Matlı Science High School, built on an area of 5,140 square meters by the Matlı family in Karacabey, serves 500 students with a total of 24 classrooms. The high school, which was put into service in the 2013-2014 academic season, includes a science laboratory, computer laboratory and library.
Ulviye Matlı Science High School was handed over to the Directorate of National Education with the handover ceremony held at the Bursa Governor’s Office on Friday, May 3, 2013.
