Mantı with eggs

In order to enhance the taste, you can add sage or daisy or other spices into the water in which you boil this ''mantı'', the size of one of which is nearly equal to a portion. In addition, don't forget to pour a delicious extra virgin olive oil onto it before serving.

For the dough:
2 glasses of flour
2 Burdan Eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Plenty of water

For the content:
1 bowl of spinach
1/2 bowl of  lor cheese
8 Burdan Eggs
Rock salt
Black pepper flakes
Extra virgin olive oil

Put all the dough ingredients into the mixing bowl and start kneading the dough. Allow the dough to rest. Meanwhile stew the spinach on a pan for a few minutes and after turning off the heat, add the lor cheese and mix these two. Separate the yolks of the eggs. Make two pieces of the dough and and roll out these pieces with the help of a roller. Cut large square pieces (5 cm x 5 cm) of the dough and put the mixture with spinach in the middle of these pieces. Spread the mixture on the dough and make a hole in the middle of the dough and put the egg yolk here. Do the same thing to all square shaped dough pieces. Spread egg white on the sides of these pieces with the help of a brush. Put a piece of dough on top of this piece after spreading the egg white. Cut the '' egg mantı'' with the help of a knife. Allow the mantı to rest. Put plenty of water in a pot and add water, and allow it to boil. When the water starts to boil, boil the mantı in the pot for four minutes and put them onto a serving plate. Add extra virgin olive oil, rock salt and black pepper before serving. If you like, you can put sage into the water in which you boil the mantı, thus enhancing the flavor. Enjoy...
