Piyaz with eggs

A recipe especially for breakfast. If you like, you can serve it in little wrapped lavash breads.



Materials:

4 boiled Burdan Eggs
2 tomatoes
100 gr farm cheese 
1/2 bunch of parsley    
1/2 bunch of green onion       
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil   
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes            
Rock salt



Preparation:

Slice the boiled Burdan Eggs and farm cheese cubically. Peel the tomato and slice it cubically. Chop the green onion and parsley. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and pour lemon juice, olive oil, rock salt and red pepper and stir carefully without spreading the egg and put it on a serving plate. If you like, you can also serve it wrapped inside the lavash. Enjoy...
