Piyaz with eggs

A recipe especially for breakfast. If you like, you can serve it in little wrapped lavash breads.


4 boiled Burdan Eggs
2 tomatoes
100 gr farm cheese 
1/2 bunch of parsley    
1/2 bunch of green onion       
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil   
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes            
Rock salt


Slice the boiled Burdan Eggs and farm cheese cubically. Peel the tomato and slice it cubically. Chop the green onion and parsley. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and pour lemon juice, olive oil, rock salt and red pepper and stir carefully without spreading the egg and put it on a serving plate.
