Stuffed Egg

A delicious egg recipe from Bursa. We prepared a recipe full of green vegetables for you. If you like, you can also prepare it with roasted ground meat or cheese.


6 Burgan Eggs  
1 tea glass of flour  
Oil for frying  
1/2 cup of of minced parsley    
1 green onion    
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes    
1/2 teaspoon of rock salt


Boil five Burdan eggs until the yolk becomes solid. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into two. Take the yolks out and mix minced green onion, minced parsley, black pepper, red pepper flakes and salt with the yolks. Put round shaped pieces of the mixture inside the egg whites. Stir the remaining egg in a bowl. Dip the prepared eggs in the flour and stirred egg and fry them. Filter the excess oil of the fried eggs into a napkin and serve. Enjoy...
