4 Burdan Eggs
3 white onions
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 dessert spoon of granulated sugar
1/2 tea glass of water
Cut onions into rings and add salt. Rinse them after 10 minutes. Put the butter on the pan and start heating. When the butter melts, add the onions and roast for 10 minutes. Add the 1/2 tea glass of water and continue cooking at low heat for about an hour. Add the vinegar, sugar and allspice at the desired level after an hour.
