Salmon and caviar canapes

You can prepare not only meals or desserts with egg but also delicious canapes. There are salmon and caviar in the recipe. If you like you can change the ingredients.


4 Burdan Eggs
50 gr. smoked salmon
50 gr. black caviar
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped dill 
10 loaves of canape bread or crackers


Boil Burdan Eggs for about five minutes. Mix the cream cheese and chopped dill until the eggs boil. Spread cream cheese-dill mixture on one side of the bread while mayonnaise on the other side. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into slices or rings. Put a slice/ring of egg onto the breads. Put a piece of smoked salmon or a teaspoon of black caviar on the eggs. Serve after sprinkling the chopped dill onto the canapes. Enjoy...
