Kaygana'' with rice

4 Burgan Eggs
1 cup of leftover rice dish
1 tablespoon of flour 
10 lettuce leaves 
3 green onions  
A few sprigs of parsley
A few sprigs of peppermint   
Black pepper
Rock salt
Oil for frying


Chop all green vegetables and put them into a mixing bowl. Add the leftover rice dish, Burdan Eggs, flour, salt and black pepper. Mix the ingredients. After frying the oil on a pan, start frying your mixture by taking a spoonful of it. Fry all of your mixture and filter the excess oil into a paper towel etc. . After the excess oil is filtered put the kayganas on a serving plate and if you like, serve them with chilli pepper paste. Enjoy...
