Though it has many varieties, the one with green vegetables is the best.


4 Burdan Eggs
1/2 cup of grated white cheese and kashar cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley   
2 tablespoons of chopped peppermint 
1 tablespoon of flour     
1/2 tea glass of milk  
1 tablespoon of butter   
Rock salt     
Black pepper


Break Burdan Eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the flour and milk and stir thoroughly. Then add the green vegetables, rock salt and black pepper and stir once again. Melt the butter on a non-stick pan and put the omelette onto it. Flip it at low heat or cook one side of it by covering the pan and then serve the omelette. Enjoy...
