Eggs with chick peas

One of the important egg recipes of the Ottoman cuisine. It can be prepared with or without meat and can be served with plenty of green vegetables.


3 Burdan Eggs 
150 gr saute lamb
1 glass of boiled chick peas     
1 tablespoon of butter  
1/2 dry onion  
Rock salt


Chop the onions. On a pan, start roasting the lamb with butter. After a few minutes, add the chopped onions. Roast the lamb with onions for 15 minutes at low heat. Afterwards, add the chick peas and break Burdan Eggs over the mixture. Stop heating when the eggs are cooked for a desired period of time. Add red pepper flakes onto the dish. Enjoy...
