Meringue with Burdan Eggs

The most popular recipe with egg white. You can serve it plain or with the fruit candies, dry fruits and dry seeds you like.


Whites of 4 Burdan Eggs 
2 glasses of granulated sugar 
2 drops of lemon juice
A pinch of salt


Add two drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt on the granulated sugar and egg whites and start stirring with the mixer. Meanwhile, start heating your stove, put the cooking pot over it and continue stirring with a mixer for 10 minutes. Take the cooking pot off the stove and continue mixing with a mixer for 10 more minutes. If your mixture does not drop from the tip of the mixer and has become viscous, the mixing process is over. Lay a baking paper on the oven tray. Squeeze the mixture on the baking paper through a squeezing bag or with a spoon. Set your oven to 100-110 degrees and preheat it.
