Egg Casserole with ground meat

Recipe of the popular dish, eggs with ground meat, not on a regular pan but on a casserole pan. The fact that it can both be cooked in a casserole pan or in the oven enhances the taste so much more. And when it is served in little casserole dishes, it is much more special.


4 Burdan Eggs
200 gr ground meat   
1 green peppers
1 red pepper   
1/2 dry onion 
1 tomato
1/2 tablespoon of butter          
Rock salt
Black pepper
4 casserole pans


Chop the onions, tomatoes and peppers. Roast the onions with butter on a pan. Add the peppers and ground meat. Add tomatoes a few minutes later. Roast all ingredients for five minutes. Add salt and black pepper and stop heating. Put the prepared mixture into four casserole pans. Break Burdan Eggs onto the mixtures and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
