Eggs with artichoke

Artichoke and eggs are two important types of food we need to eat for our health. Do not forget to squeeze lemon on the dish which is prepared with these two important types of food, because the taste is so much different with lemon.


2 boiled artichokes
1 Burdan Egg 
1/2 lemon  
A pinch of dill   
2 tablespoons of olive oil 
Rock salt


Smash the artichokes in a bowl with the help of a fork. Put the smashed artichokes on a pan with olive oil and add the salt and roast for about 3 minutes. Break the Burdan Egg on the pan and cook it for a desired period of time. Serve the dish after sprinkling the chopped dill over it. Enjoy...
