I guess this is one of our favorite egg dishes. I advise you to serve it like this as well.
4 Burdan Eggs
8 slices of pastrami without fenugreek
1 dessert spoon of melted butter
Mini tart mold
Spread butter inside the tart mold. Cut the pastramis in the ''+'' shape and put them on the bottom of the mold. Fry pastramis for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven and take them out again. Separate yolks of Burdan Eggs from the whites and place the yolks in the middle of the pastramis and place them in the oven again. Keep the pastramis in the oven until the yolks are cooked at the desired level. Enjoy...
