A delicious egg dish by which you can use your day-old breads. If you like, you can prepare this dish with Turkish sausage, beans or without any other ingredient.
4 Burdan Eggs
4 loaves of bread crumbs
4 teaspoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sweet pepper paste
20 leaves of peppermint
2 cloves of garlic
Peel the tomatoes and extract the seeds.Cut the tomatoes cubically and put them into a mixing bowl. Chop the peppermint leaves. Put the crumbs onto the tomatoes in little pieces and break the eggs.Serve the dish after adding the chopped peppermint leaves, salt and black pepper.Enjoy...
