Eggs with cream and mushrooms

A delicious egg recipe from the world cuisine. A great idea for breakfast on a Sunday and brunch!..


4 Burdan Eggs
10 mushrooms
4 tablespoons of cream 
1 tablespoon of butter  
A pinch of parsley 
Rock salt
Black pepper


Chop the mushrooms and parsley. Saute the mushrooms on a pan for five minutes and then turn off the heat. Add black pepper, salt, parsley and cream onto the sauteed mushrooms. Mix the mushroom with the other ingredients thoroughly and split the mixture into four cups. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees until Burdan Eggs are cooked at the desired level and serve.
